"Kat's out....."
Yeah, so apparently there is a new game in Salerno.....it has been in the formation stages over the past couple months, but it has finally made it out of the test phase and ready for the market.....It is called "Kat's out..."
It involves me going over to the guys' house and SUCKING at whatever game might happen to be going on.
Usually, it involves a small, soccer ball looking, olympic, plastic bouncy ball........somehow bouncing off of something in the apartment, and usually using ones hands.....
Tonight, the final and most successful and divertente edition (wow I just put an italian word in here before I could think of the english word....go me) had us sitting on couches, hitting the ball in the air and off whatever it happened to strike in the vicinity.......and then it would eventually lose control, movement would stop, and I would be "out" because somehow it was my fault.......but it did start to be enjoyable when we upped the volleyball-like qualities and started spiking it at a billion miles an hour at each other's heads......
Yes ladies and gentlemen, it does sound painful and at times it was, but getting to release some of my apparent "anger issues" and fight for control of a little plastic ball was well worth it.....
Over the next few months, keep a look out for the home edition at a store near you.......
*Home Edition includes: plastic "Kat's out" ball, instructions for variety of divertente games with said ball, and a disclaimer form for any future injuries due to participation in this dangerous activity. Price: $19.95*
but seriously......I needed that...thanks guys :)

Hey Kat
It does indeed sound like a fun game, but would it really be the same without Kat there? Otherwise isn't is just a little plastic ball? On the other hand, as Dr Kelso says in Scrubs, "all we need is a stick, a ball, and pocket full of dreams." Wise words.
Tim: Oh, so THAT'S why I get out so much! I really had no clue......next time I will try harder to umm....not be me? Is that even possible? We might could leave it the way it is, I mean, I have gotten pretty good at playing my part.....
Andy: Well, it wouldn't be AS fun without me there, but as long as you have somebody willing to follow in my footsteps and portray me in the game, all is well.......there are plenty of people the world over who aspire to be like me, so why not give them a chance? Oh, and that Dr. Kelso amuses me in more ways than one :)
Hello! Goodbye! Hola! Adios!... Ok. I'm done now. Ha.
Hope the craic is good kat.
It's Amanda from Shymkent - I just got caught up on your blog and am so jealous that you got to go to the Olympics. I don't have a TV, I didn't even get to see the Olympics.
I don't really understand the game you play, but I bet you'd be funny to watch.
Amanda don't feel bad, we have a tv, but its not quite actually functional....well, it turns on, but if you prefer to watch like any random WB show in Italian through humongous amounts of fuzz, go for it....its like the only channel we get.....
BUT...just picture people sitting and/or standing a small apartment hurling a plastic ball at each other.....that's more or less the game....
LOVE!
oh and Rich.....please explain :) haha
voila. i've revived my blog. resuscitated, if you may.
Well Kat I would love to explain my more random post but, sadly, I cannot. Randomness just is...er... well random. Marvellous though. Hope the craic is good in sunny Italy. R
